Sturdious B.V., www.sturdious.com, is the first company we invested in, which is also a holding company. Bisvest B.V. is the co-founder and 50% shareholder of it. Sturdious B.V. has been set up as the holding company to invest via its subsidiary companies in sectors and markets which have occasional or regional opportunities. It's first and the only subsidiary for the time being is SeMIA Properties M.E.P.E., www.mia.com.gr, which operates in Greece and it's an important market player in Athens residential luxury property development sector.
BISVEST HELLAS A.E.
We were the founder and sole investor of Bisvest Hellas A.E.. It's being set up to operate in construction business and trade of construction materials for the beginning. E-commerce is in its scope in the short term as well.
